Since 1962, the firm named Nordex, has been assembling various kinds of vehicles. Since 1972 till December 2002, the Renault cars were built by this manufacture. In July 2004, Nordex started the assembly of the 5-person Indian pick-up Mahindra Bolero Camper / Double Cab under the name Cimarron. This vehicle is offered as a 2- or 4-wheel drive version with a 2.5-liter 76 hp diesel unit.
