Production volume in 2003 - 6 vehicles and 6 kit cars.
In 1952, Guy Buckingham constructed in Great Britain his
first Arnold roadster. In 1955, he started the production of sports and racing cars in
Australia under the Nota brand. Since 1960, the Sportsman roadster in the fashion of the
Lotus 7
has
been produced, now with a 1.6-liter Toyota or a 2.2-liter Honda power plant. In
1968 the most famous Nota
model debuted - the
original Fang roadster. The vehicle is now offered with a 1.3-liter unit by
Suzuki and a 1.6-liter or a 1.8-liter 192 hp engine by Toyota. Since 1996, the restyled Fang
called the F1 V6 Quad cam with a 3.0-liter 350 hp V6 engine has been offered
(maximum speed - 250 km/h). Since 2003 the 2-seat Le Mans roadster has been produced, equipped with a 1.3-liter
or a 1.6-liter Toyota
power plants or 1.1-liter
motorcycle engines. A coupe Chimera Quad cam V6 GT coupe with a 3.0-liter 350 hp V6 engine is
underway. From 1960 to the end of 2002, the Nota constructed 108 Sportsman roadsters, and between 1968 and 2002 - 117 Fang
roadsters, 9 F1 V6 Quad cams, and
almost 200
vehicles
of other models.
